Where are the animal rights people in this?

Do something to stop the cops from gunning done harmless animals. The animal rights lobby is enormous and powerful, so launch a campaign that forces the cop who shot the animal to payfor the damage from their own pocket and not from the taxpayer’s accounts. Force the police, by law, to suspend the offending cop and send the cop to take mandatory mental health counseling.

Had enough? Write to the Speaker of the House, U.S. House of Representatives, Washington, DC 20515 and demand federal hearings into the police problem in America. Demand mandatory body cameras for cops, one strike rule on abuse, and a permanent DOJ office on Police Misconduct.
